1. Service Model: “Your Car, Our Driver”
Colombo Drivers provides professional driver services operating the customer's personal or company vehicle. Colombo Drivers is not a taxi service, car rental company, or vehicle supplier. The customer is responsible for ensuring their vehicle is roadworthy, insured, and compliant with Sri Lankan traffic regulations.
2. Bookings and Cancellations
Bookings are coordinated via WhatsApp, telephone, or website submission. While we endeavor to dispatch drivers promptly, advance bookings are encouraged for events, peak holiday periods, and long-distance outstation travel. Customers are requested to notify us promptly of any schedule modifications or cancellations.
3. Rates, Tolls, and Expenses
Base driver rates cover driver time and operating services. All highway tolls, vehicle parking fees, fuel, and driver accommodation on multi-day outstation itineraries are covered by the customer unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
4. Customer Conduct & Vehicle Safety
Our drivers reserve the right to decline or terminate service if a vehicle is mechanically unsafe or if passengers exhibit abusive conduct. Safety for all road users is our paramount priority.
